This condo is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping in Potrero, and you can walk right out of your doorstep onto the beach!
The kitchen is bright and airy. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a four-person breakfast island. It has all the utensils and small kitchen appliances you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen opens into the main living area, where large sliding glass doors open to the beach and gorgeous views. Enjoy the beach from your covered patio while drinking morning coffee or sipping sunset cocktails!
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and built-in closets, and has its own en-suite bathroom, which doubles as a powder room thanks to its smart Jack-and-Jill layout. The second bedroom contains two twin-sized beds (which can be combined and topped with an overlay so as to make one larger bed), its own en-suite bathroom, and built-in closets. The home also comes with a private laundry room right outside your door and shared with only one other condo.
This home is in a very private 8-unit development, and features a beautiful pool with lounge chairs and common area. There is also a great outdoor grilling area available to all guests, and a covered area for lounging near an outdoor fireplace.
