**Access Fees**
Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.
This fee is charged closer to the arrival date and applies as follows:
• Adults and children 13 years and older: USD $50 per person + 16% IVA + 15% service charge
• Children ages 5–12: USD $30 per person + 16% IVA + 15% service charge

A 6-seater golf cart is provided for your convenience—perfect for cruising to the beach, exploring the village, or heading to a nearby club for sunset drinks. Private airport transportation is recommended for arrival, and once you’re here, everything you need is just minutes away.

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.
2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
