Two of the upstairs bedrooms have one king bed in each. The fourth bedroom has a full & a twin-over-full bunk, while the fifth bedroom has a twin & a twin-over-twin bunk.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.
The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!
