Our comfortable 3 bedroom house is ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people. It is located on a small hill in a quiet, picturesque, gated community. Nearby are popular tourist destinations Ambatoalaka and the capital of the island Hell-Ville. The house is built in the Malagasy style with a satrana roof, stone and rosewood paneling. The building consists of the ground floor with a living room, kitchen, shower room, toilet and bedroom with an additional exit to the terrace. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a toilet.
The living room and the terrace open to a magnificent view of the ocean, which is only about 200 meters from the house. Spectacular sunsets are guaranteed every evening. The property, as well as the entire residential complex is picturesquely planted with all sorts of fruit trees and flowers and is very well maintained.
Our housekeeper Samsan will welcome you upon your arrival. In Hell-Ville you can buy fresh vegetables, fish, crayfish, fruits, etc. on the typical Malagasy market at a reasonable price. There are also some grocery stores and a new modern supermarket Leader Price. The fastest way to reach these shops and Hell-Ville is with the low-priced “tuk-tuk” (local taxi) and by bus. At your request, Chamsan can prepare and grill a delicious meal from the groceries you buy for a small fee.
The island tours to the lemurs (makis) on the island of Nosy Komba, to the beautiful snow-white beaches of Nosy Iranja and Nosy Tany Kely or to the giant sea turtles of Nosy Sakatia can be booked directly from the German-, English-, French- and Chinese-speaking tour guide Olga on site.
