Single-storey villa by the sea built on a plot of one hectare which offers 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, 4 toilets, including the fully equipped kitchen (2 dishwashers, two fridges, 90cm hobs, 90cm oven, accessories such as Nespresso ....) opens onto a large living room (lounge) benefiting from a double opening on the hill side and on the pool/sea side.
The LUCAROL villa is located 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car from the seaside resort of the village of Porto-Pollo, at the tip of the Valinco golf course, with a family atmosphere.
You will find in Porto Pollo: - marina, boat rental including with skipper - All shops open all year round - e.g. tobacconist, bakeries, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket, multiple restaurants and bars, etc. - 1 sailing school, catamaran, paddle and pedal boat rental - 2 diving schools - Jet Ski rental - 1 service station (fuel and car repair) - bicycle/mountain bike rental - numerous activities discovered in the village and surrounding areas (e.g horse/pony ride, Canonying, etc.) Close to many sites and activities, and other places to eat.
Please note: during the summer season, it is advisable to book sailing or windsurfing lessons for children as early as possible, places are limited. You will have two shaded terraces for meals, large terraces in Ipe and Bavarian stone around the swimming pool. On the practical side, you have access to a shed with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, 1 outdoor drying rack which can also accommodate your suitcases during your stay. The maximum accommodation capacity is limited to 15 people: - 3 King-size beds (180/200 cm) including 2 twinable 90x200cm - 3 Queen-size beds (160/200 cm) - 5 single beds (90/200cm) including 2 sets of 2 bunk beds The 12m x 6m swimming pool is, in accordance with applicable legislation, equipped with an electrical safety cover complying with the AFNOR NF P90-308 standard. You can freely enjoy a private tennis court and pétanque court on the property. 2 private lockable gates provide access from the bottom of the garden to a cove and a small sandy beach and via a short 10-minute walk to the village on the marina side. Private parking inside the property can accommodate up to 4 cars, but it is possible to park another car next to the shed.
