This spacious 740 m² residence is situated 2.8 kilometers from Zhung Kong supermarket, 1.5 kilometers from dive sites Andrea I and II, 3.3 kilometers from Rum Runners restaurant, and 3 kilometers from Dive Friends Hamlet dive center. The villa features a beautiful private pool with freshwater filtration system, perfect for refreshing dips in complete privacy.
Guest Access:
As a guest of Kas Mondi, you have access to the entire villa, including all five bedrooms, four bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Additionally, you can fully enjoy all outdoor spaces: the private garden with mature palm garden, covered veranda, terrace, rooftop deck and of course the delightful private pool. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making regular cars unsuitable. There's no public transportation and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when cruise ships dock.
